Our return policy states that returns must be initiated within 3 days after delivery. If 3 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return for repair or exchange. Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. While damage from shipping is rare, it’s still best to open your package as soon as it arrives to ensure it has traveled safely. Furniture is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No returns will be accepted for drinkware for safety reasons, unless you are returning it for a repair from damaged caused by shipping.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Those goods include all drinkware and any paint products that are beyond the 3 day inspection period.
Should your drinkware become damaged by normal use (examples: being dropped, dog chewed, etc) you will not be eligible for any refund. However, please contact us at email@example.com or call at 708-341-0310 during normal business hours to receive a quote for repair. You can then have a custom listing made to pay for your repair service or replacement parts.
Custom furniture refinishing is not available during COVID-19 pandemic regulations. All furniture is for in-store pickup only. Once the piece has been paid for, clients have 14 calendar days to pickup their furniture. Additional days will incur a storage fee of $25/day. Additional fees will then have to be paid at the time of pickup. If furniture is still not picked up after 30 days after purchase, client will relinquish all furniture included in the invoice to be resold and White Tree Designs will keep all proceeds from the resale.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as pictures and video of any damages incurred during shipping.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds will not be approved if the products have been used and no longer have their original wrappers.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
